Consultations on FEELI take place without an appointment, which allows the doctor to take care of you immediately when your request is very urgent. For any online consultation other than dermatology, the waiting time is two hours at most. An email notification will be sent to you once the doctor has accepted your request. If the doctor considers that treatment is necessary, it will be available in a secure digital format in the "My medical documents" section of your personal space.

No, because Feeli teleconsultations do not meet the conditions for reimbursement by the French national health insurance (Ameli).
The doctors registered on Feeli are registered with the Order of Physicians in France. You can consult the same doctor of your choice online. However, designating a regular doctor (médecin traitant) is only possible in person.
A teleconsultation is similar to a face-to-face consultation in a medical practice. Thanks to communication technologies, the patient can talk and exchange with a doctor via a computer, smartphone or tablet. Video, photos, instant messaging and email allow a smooth exchange between patients and doctors, making it easier to establish a diagnosis. During the online consultation, the doctor reviews the patient's symptoms, assesses the medical situation and takes existing conditions into account before establishing a diagnosis. If needed, the doctor then issues a digital prescription so the patient can receive appropriate treatment. This prescription is valid in every pharmacy in France and the European Union (EU). Finally, the online consultation remains confidential, and the doctor is bound by the same rules of professional ethics as in a consultation at a medical practice.
Your online consultation request may be refused if the doctor considers that you cannot be treated remotely due to a lack of medical information or because a physical examination is necessary.
For any new request or for a second medical opinion, simply submit a new consultation request, this time specifying that it is a follow-up and indicating the doctor's name in the questionnaire.
Products, services and procedures prescribed during a teleconsultation carried out under Article L.6316-1 of the French Public Health Code, as well as prescriptions issued during the remote care mentioned in Article L.6316-2 of the same code, are only covered on the condition that they were the subject of an oral exchange, by video or telephone, between the prescriber and the patient.
In accordance with the recommendations of the French National Authority for Health (HAS), the medical documents containing your treatments are accepted in every pharmacy in France and Europe.
It depends on the specialty requested and the urgency of the request. For a general practitioner request, you will be taken care of in under two hours. For non-urgent requests, such as dermatology, as with in-person care, waiting times can be longer, depending also on how busy the service is. If you notice a delay of more than 72 hours, contact us here.
When you request a teleconsultation, the collection of your card details by our payment provider corresponds to a pre-authorisation. Payment is only triggered once the teleconsultation has taken place.
A minor cannot consult a doctor without their parents' authorisation. Where the parents give their authorisation, they assume civil liability. As a parent, if you are making a request for your child, it is important to state this in the questionnaire.

It is not possible to receive a sick leave certificate when the consultation is not in person. However, you can receive a medical certificate by asking the doctor for one at the end of the consultation.
Teleconsultation is a medical practice that consists of seeing a doctor remotely using information and communication technologies. The patient describes their symptoms and, if necessary, sends their laboratory results or other documents. The practitioner can then prescribe medicines or care following this online consultation.
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterised by short-lived symptoms specific to each patient, reversible either spontaneously or with treatment, and by potentially severe exacerbations. Managing asthma requires a confirmed diagnosis with a measurement of respiratory function. Beyond the importance of a confirmed diagnosis, asthma management relies on assessing how well the chronic disease is controlled. According to the latest study by the French Institute for Research and Information in Health Economics (IRDES), 66% of asthma sufferers have partially controlled to uncontrolled asthma, and only 12% have had a recent measurement of their respiratory function. FEELI offers to renew your treatment if you have a history of asthma, whether you are on long-term treatment or in the event of an attack. You will be asked to answer a questionnaire to rule out a severe acute asthma attack requiring care with a clinical examination and/or hospitalisation. We also invite you to complete a questionnaire on how well your asthma is controlled, so you can share it with your regular doctor or lung specialist if needed for treatment adjustment.
